Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number).

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please visit the “Start a Return” tab on our main menu, or contact us at samesexywomensstore@gmail.com.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at samesexywomensstore@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons, including:

  • Undergarments (e.g., panties)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item once approved and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
